Purpose. This is a business roundtable and workshop of business owners for the purpose of learning together and applying powerful business development principles to help you move your business to your "next level". Its purposes and structure is to provide an economical means of learning business development tools and techniques, receive support and insight from other business owners and it is an opportunity to develop some long-term business friendships that you can draw on in future years.

Format. At each meeting, a new topic is discussed and participants will have the opportunity to discuss their challenges and their progress as it relates to these topics. As new tools are shared with the group, you will have an opportunity to work with other group members who will be on your team to apply these techniques.

Team of Consultants. Michael Bertrand, CPA and consultant for Venture Strategies Group LLC will facilitate the sessions and focus primarily on strategic planning, financial measuring and monitoring of all business centers, development of key performance indicators and reporting.

Idora Sliver, CEO of the I. Silver Management Group Inc. will host the sessions that deal with developing more effective management practices. When will provide practice insights and tools for you to improve your effectiveness in hiring and retaining great people – giving you the competitive edge. Silver Management Group Inc

Limited Seating. Seating will be limited to 10 business participants to increase the effectiveness of the experience. It is also expected that participants will take time when they go back to their office to “work on their businesses” using what is learned in the sessions. We are seeking energetic and synergistic entrepreneurs to make this a unique and profitable experience for everyone.

Schedule of Roundtable/Workshop Meetings. Meetings will start with a continental breakfast at 7:30 and the session will begin at 8:00 and end at 12 PM. We encourage participants to arrive at 7:30 and take advantage of the opportunity to chat with others before we begin.
